I can say that I am lucky that I belong to a very talented family. My mother knows how to play the piano, and my father is a professional guitarist. A lot of people say that music runs in our family. As a matter of fact, it is the only thing that is common among all the members of our family. I also know how to play several instruments, but I am most interested with the Bodhran. Some of my friends think that it is easy to play this kind of drum, but when they try playing it they change their minds. One has to be creative enough to be able to produce wonderful sounds using the Bodhran.
