I have a few friends who just recently decided to move away from the north and into Condos in Miami. A bunch of us didn’t think that they were going to go through with it, but they did. And this coming month we are all going to take a trip down there to see them. Apparently they got great deals on the condos and all live right by each other. We are going to have one big group party and live it up while we are there. It will be just like old times, only in a much nicer environment.
