My business partner is also my best friend. She recently told me about a new Call Tracking service. She said we could have access to one main phone line and call recording capabilities. I think this is a great idea and would help us to ensure the best customer service. We are going to continue to research this option for our business. This company has been struggling over the past year since we began outsourcing our phone calls. I think we need to expand our thinking and possibly look into alternate options. If we both work together I think we will come up with the right solution.
