I was hired on to this company about a year ago. I knew that they where not doing well, but I had no idea how bad it really was. In the meeting next month I am going to suggest that they look into hiring management consulting services. They really do need someone to come in here and evaluate everything that they are doing. There is so much here to be done that I can not do all of it myself. I am sure that this advice is not going to go over very well with the head of the board.
