Obesity is now considered as one of the most feared epidemics in the world today.  Across the US and Europe, a lot of people are getting fatter by the minute and it seems they can’t do anything about it.  One of the factors that make them obese is easy living.  Look around you. Everything is done swiftly, computers, Internet, remote control, escalators, elevators and then, there is this sort of “small car” that you can drive all over the aisle of a grocery store.  People are getting lazy, people are getting busy and life has been very convenient, very, very, frighteningly convenient.
