Here’s how to do Oblique Curl:1.    Lie flat on your back.  Bend right knee, with right foot flat on the floor.   With left knee bent, put your left leg on top of your right knee.  Your left leg should form a triangle.  2.    Extend your right hand, palm facing down.  Put your left hand beneath your head.  3.    Raise your left shoulder and left torso up slighting rotating from your waist.4.    Go back to the first position and repeat.5.    Do as many repetitions as you can.6.    Perform the same with the opposite obliques.When doing this ab workout, move very slowly.  Control the movement with your oblique muscles.  Do not touch your neck to prevent pulling your neck up.  Just keep your hand behind your head.  Finally when doing this ab workout, make sure that your hips are stabled and pressed against the floor.
