I would like to hire a personal trainer because I am looking to get a long and lean look. I currently am an avid runner and I get quite bored with other aspects of working out. I will occasionally run with weights so as to hopefully build some arm muscles but I soon burn out on that too. If I hired a trainer I am sure they could get me the right work out routines so that I could get the long and lean look. I do not want to build bulky muscles and I certainly do not need to lose weight but I want to tone what I do have.
