I have been working out with a trainer for the past 6 months.  Although I am loving my new body, and the weight I have been taking off.  I was having a lot of joint pain.  She recommended to me omega 3 as a supplement.  She said it would help with the joint pain, and also in keeping my blood pressure and cholesterol low.  That was all the convincing I needed.  I noticed results right away.  I tell everyone about it.  I am no longer supplementing with aspirin everyday.  My body feels good.  I feel like I can take on anything.
