I’m talking about making your own nutritious beverage that has healthy ingredients in it, including fresh lemons that you drink to help cleanse your body and remove toxins from it. Yes, you make it fresh every day so you know what’s in it and that also ensures that you are able to make it healthy for you as well. And yes, you will also lose weight while on a lemonade diet but it not meant to be a long term diet plan.
