I have both set’s of grandparents still alive. I consider myself very lucky when it comes to that. I have many friends who no longer have either set’s of grandparents alive. Because of this I really want to cherish them even while they are still alive. One set of grand parents are very open with the idea of death. They have talked to me many times about their arrangements and exactly how they want it to go. I have even purchased a memorial gift for them in advance so I don’t have think about those kinds of things once the sad day comes.
