I have really learned to love and appreciate the bonsai. It is something that takes years of everyday tending and watering. In fact that is what is on my Christmas Wish List a Chinese Elm.
Chinese Elms make beautiful bonsai trees, they have gorgeous bark, and it is extremely disease resistant. I love the small dark green leather looking leaves it gets and in fact if raised inside it may not even loose its leaves. It is a slow growing tree that gives you enough time to learn to train and care for the tree. All I want for Christmas is a bonsai tree.
