I mean, think about it, nowadays furniture often reflects styles that are being presented in the fashion industry - look at all the cool, hip, yet simple bold patterns that are out there recently. Well, you see them in furniture now too. So what are the rules? I’ve seen people sport stripes, and spots, reds with pinks, and all sorts of crazy trends, but what about inside the home. Are all the whimsical fashion trends just trends? How can we piece them all together? And, really, are there any rules at all, or can we just be the creators of our own style?
