I hope I never end up with the task of single parenting. I know how hard it can be from watching my sister go through it. She is doing an amazing job though. She has made it seem easy. She has put herself through school by obtaining scholarships and grants through her current employer which in turn allowed her to advance at her job. She was able to increase her pay with a significant raise as a result and just bought a new house. Come to think of it, she’s a perfect example of making it on your own as a single mom. So if ever I was in that position, I would want to follow in her footsteps.
