Our plant recently underwent some rather major changes and we got new equipment as well as newly hired people to run the newer machines. We all needed to learn some skills and updated methods for certain parts of the shop so we were able to all watch the maintenance training videos that our boss got for us. It was a good way to be sure we all saw the same information and we are always able to see them again or review them to get some parts that we did not fully understand the first time we saw them. It is a good way to train.
