I was overwhelmed recently. I was researching information about Hawaii for my trip with my family and I just found that here was too much information. I bought a guidebook and while they are good, some of the information is old and they don’t tell you about present conditions on the island. So I went online and did a search and there just so many websites that came up that I felt overwhelmed. Who was I to believe? Who was right? Who was wrong? Who was shamlessly self promoting. There are a lot of tropical islands tips on the web. You just need to make sure they are good ones. I found the best resources were blogs because the owners had big audiences, people would correct their errors, and they would answer your questions. They gave me the best info.
