With my girlfriends family wanting us to visit for a bit of a family re union I had to get on to making some arrangements. We made a booking at a selection of eastern cape hotels as I was not very keen on staying at her parent’s house. Not that there is anything wrong with them, it’s just that I like having my own space and being able to do my own thing. It also gives us an excuse to get away at the end of the day if we have had enough of everyone. I know that sounds mean, but even she has a limit to the amount of time we spend with them all.
