Randall received a call from his friend, Donna. She asked Randall how she can stop an xp freeze. She told him she has been having problems for the last week with windows xp and she does not know what to do about it. She told Randall that she needs her computer for work and it is important to get it fixed right away. Randall told her that there are programs that will clean the computer’s registry and she needed to find one of the programs and download it onto her computer. Randall told Donna to run the program after she got it downloaded.
