I remember when I first became the office manager for our dentist, we didn’t really do a lot of filing using the computer. However, twenty or so years later, we really can’t work without it, both in office and for filing claims. We try to keep costs down, but we still have to have our systems work right. I try to keep abreast of the technology that can make things function, like the regcure review. It keeps all our files clean and working up to the maximum potential. We still have to upgrade our office equipment on occasion, but not quite as often.
