I work for a corporation where we are often required to take classes and training seminars on various subjects. It used to be a big pain to enroll in the course and find the time to take it. Now, though, my company uses a Learning Management System. All the classes are online, and we can take them whenever we want. Also, the system automatically enrolls us in the course when we need to take it, so we don’t have to remember. It’s a lot easier, both for the employees and for the company as a whole. I’m really glad we changed over to this new system.
